In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on items unused and in their original packaging. As we are a small business who already provide free delivery, we cannot account for any return fees. There is a 14 day return period from the day of delivery.
Again in the rare case that your item(s) appear to have been damaged in transit to you, we can offer replacement items at no extra cost. We just ask for a photo of the damage so we can asses it. All of our jewellery is quality checked before it is packaged and sent out to you, so please bare in mind that it is more than likely down to the courier rather than faulty items.
At this time, unless your item is damaged and you no longer require it, we can't accept refunds for any other reasons.
